Love in this world is both a vice and a suffering. A vice that opens the door to all excesses, to carelessness and to forgetting what really matters here and in the hereafter, and a suffering because this love - too often excessive - disrupts the order of priorities of the one who is enamored with it. Life in this world is limited and punctuated by what we all know: death. Blessed, then, are those who make this world a field of plowed land where they sow the good works whose fruits they will reap in the hereafter.
